refund policy

1. subscription refunds

all payments for pro subscriptions are processed securely by paddle. if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. after 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

2. how to request a refund

contact paddle support directly through their help center, or reach out to us through our account page and we will process the refund on your behalf.

3. partial refunds

partial refunds may be granted for unused portions of annual subscriptions, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

4. cancellations

you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or paddle's customer portal. cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. free tier

the free tier has no associated costs and requires no refunds. you may use it indefinitely without charge.

6. chargebacks

if you file a chargeback, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
